We at Fauz Fashions are committed to offer our customers the most trendy, innovative, stylish, and flawless products. We never compromise on quality, and follow a clear policy. We value our customers and want you to know everything before you buy.
We accept returns on all Standard sized items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Note : We are unable to offer any returns or refunds on Customized orders. It is due to the reason that the customers provide their body specific measurements during the size confirmation process and the Jackets/Coats made according to these sizes are NOT Standard sized.
By sending us your body specific measurements, you agree that you are going ahead with the Customized Order.
The return and exchange policy applies to faulty products, unopened, and unused products that are in their original packaging.
Items should wherever be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We ask you to take reasonable care of purchased goods while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods (as you would in store) but tags should not be removed from any item, and the original packaging should not be damaged.
Goods should not be soiled, torn, or damaged. The customer is responsible for getting the product back to us at their expense unless they have received a faulty or significantly not as described product.
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will email you confirmation of receipt.
No product, color, or measurement changes are allowed after 24 hours of your product measurements confirmation, as the product will have already been sent for processing.
Order cancellation requests or refund requests will result in a 6% direct/flat deduction charge from the ordered item amount, due to credit card processing charges in lieu of the order placed.
Before shipment of the returned product, our quality control department inspects the product on varied quality standards to ascertain that the product is the same as ordered from our website. If the product is somehow damaged during shipment, a replacement will be shipped with expedited shipping at our expense.
